Edge, I must concur with Aaron's previous post: -Using Edge has had some positive points. I enjoy the partnership with Cingular/AT&T. I have also had negative experiences, some of which are really frustrating me right now. 1) My voice-mail messages seem to go in bouts of dysfunction. Sometimes my phone will not be sent notification of messages received for days, and sometimes for many days some messages will not even be delivered! This seems to occur off and on. My friends who are also Edge customers have complained of this problem as well. 2) Despite having adequate reception, I am constantly kicked off the network in the middle of a phone call! This has been occurring frequently over the last week, to both myself and my wife on her phone. Today I called your customer service, and the representative told me I just needed to turn my phone off and on more frequently- other wise the connection would get "stale". After turning the phone on and off several times, the problem persisted. I am fed up with these problems. Fix them very soon, else I will soon move my cell phone account to another company and will tell everyone I know about the terrible service problems plaguing Edge. Brandon Hemenway
